Flag of the 97th Netzah Yehuda Battalion (formerly known as "Nahal Haredi") of the 900th Kfir
Brigade. From Wikipedia: "The purpose
of the unit is to allow Haredi Jewish men to serve as combat soldiers in the Israeli military by creating
an atmosphere conducive to their religious convictions, within a framework that is strictly observant to
Halakha."
The unit has a veteran's website. This unit became "infamous",
when on April 21, 2024, the media mentioned that the U.S. might "sanction" this unit
(a "first" against any IDF unit) for "violence against West Bank Palestinians", as
reported at https://www.timesofisrael.com... .
The unit's logo is viewable in the white triangle. Inscription on top: Netzah Yehuda (Judah's victory).
The white-camouflage design is the ground design of the Kfir Brigade flags.
